ROYAL’s NUTRITION ANABOLIC GLUTAMINE contains 4 grams of 5 diverse glutamine to help supplement your diet with this key amino acid and 2 grams of amino acids including branched chain amino acids for enhanced protein synthesis support, fast muscle recovery, endurance and growth.

Recommanded daily intake : Mix about 2 scoops (approx. 7.5 g) with preferred amount of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds!  Use 1- 2 times daily. For post-workout recovery, take 1 serving not more than 30 minutes after exercise.
