The ‘picolinate’ is actually picolinic acid, a natural substance already present in the body. By adding three picolinate molecules to chromium, your body can more easily absorb the chromium into your cells. Chromium is crucial to help your body’s insulin function at its best.

Recommanded daily intake : Take 1 capsule daily, preferably during meals.
