ROYAL’s NUTRITION BCAA 2:1:1 is particularly suited to supplement the diet of athletes who undergo intense and prolonged performance with a concentrated form of branched chain amino acids. BCAA are of special importance to athletes, because there are metabolized in the muscle, rather than in the liver. BCAA are the most abundant amino acids found in muscle tissue and are the most readily absorbed group of amino acids.
Recommanded daily intake : Take 5 tablets per day with water or other liquid of your choice 30-40 minutes before or after training. On days when you do not practice physical activity sports the product can be taken at any time of the day.
